2. Assessment
The existing knowledge of each individual participant and thus the starting point are determined by means of a placement test. In a needs analysis, which is integrated in our placement test, we determine which foreign language tasks and situations each participant is confronted with and which language skills are required. We carry out a placement test and needs analysis free of charge as part of the quotation process.
3. Training concept
In this step, a tailor-made program is developed that exactly corresponds to the wishes and needs of your company.
4. Language training
Our qualified trainers form the basis for effective and goal-oriented training. Your profile is tailored to the respective learning content. Lessons take place in our language center, on your premises or on our inlingua Virtual Classroom platform. Your company is supported by our extranet so that you can check and track the learning progress and attendances at any time.
5. Evaluation
The learning progress is tested by regular exams and you are constantly informed about the success of the language course thanks to our extranet. We continuously monitor customer satisfaction.
